Happy Hour Hero LLC ("Happy Hour Hero," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. - information you submit when creating, managing, or responding to promotions, flash deals, listings, or other business tools; and
- transaction or subscription information associated with paid business or consumer services.
Payment card information, when applicable, is processed by third-party payment processors. Happy Hour Hero does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we or our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type and operating system;
- pages or screens viewed;
- referring URLs;
- date and time of access;
- interactions with features;

Some Happy Hour Hero features are designed to help you find nearby venues and offers.

You may control precise-location permissions through your device or browser settings.
Venue and public information
Happy Hour Hero also processes information about bars, restaurants, businesses, events, happy hours, menus, promotions, and venues.

- venues or their representatives;
- publicly available websites or social-media pages;
- public business information;
- partners or contributors; or
- information independently verified or submitted to Happy Hour Hero.
Business or venue information that is publicly available is generally not treated as consumer personal information unless it identifies a specific individual.
2. How We Use Information

- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
- provide happy-hour search, venue discovery, maps, nearby results, saved favorites, and personalized functionality;
- display and manage venue listings, specials, promotions, and flash deals;
- process business onboarding and listing submissions;
- create and manage user or business accounts;
- process subscriptions or paid services;
- send service-related communications;
- send newsletters or marketing communications when permitted;
- respond to support requests;
- understand how people use the Services;
- measure marketing campaigns and product performance;
- prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or misuse;
- enforce our Terms of Service;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- protect the rights, property, safety, and integrity of Happy Hour Hero, our users, venues, and others.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money.
We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, storage, forms, email delivery, analytics, payments, and technical support.
Current or anticipated service providers may include:
- Supabase for database, authentication, and storage infrastructure;
- Vercel and/or Netlify for website hosting and server infrastructure;
- Airtable for newsletter or operational records;
- Jotform for business intake and forms;
- Stripe or another payment processor for payments and subscriptions; and
- analytics, communications, or notification providers used to operate or improve the Services.
These providers may process information according to their own privacy terms and our arrangements with them.
We may also disclose information:
- at your direction or with your consent;
- to a venue or business when necessary to provide a feature you request;
- to comply with law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or governmental request;
- to investigate fraud, misuse, security issues, or violations of our terms;

- in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets.

4. Newsletter and Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to Happy Hour Hero emails, we may use your email address to send news, launch updates, venue recommendations, promotions, or other marketing communications.

We may still send non-promotional communications that are necessary to operate an account, business relationship, transaction, or service.
5. Business Accounts and Venue Submissions
If you represent a venue or business, we may use information you provide to:
- review or publish a listing;
- verify business information;
- communicate regarding your listing;
- manage paid plans;
- manage promotions or flash deals;
- provide analytics or business tools; and
- prevent fraudulent or unauthorized claims of a venue.
Information intended for a public venue listing may become publicly visible.
Do not submit personal information that you do not have authority to provide.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods vary by type of information.
For example:
- newsletter information may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion;
- account information may be retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward;
- transaction and business records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes; and

Happy Hour Hero may display information about alcoholic beverages and alcohol promotions. Users must comply with the legal drinking-age requirements of the jurisdiction in which they are located.
11. Alcohol and Location Information
Happy Hour Hero is an information and discovery platform. We do not sell, serve, deliver, or dispense alcoholic beverages.
Venue listings and promotions involving alcohol are informational. The venue remains responsible for checking identification, complying with licensing laws, and determining whether a customer is eligible to purchase or consume alcohol.

The Services may link to third-party websites, maps, reservation tools, social media, payment services, venue websites, or other external services.
We do not control the privacy practices of those third parties.
